Oldrid & Co Limited Online Delivery Charges & Options
This page tells you the delivery charges and options on which we supply any of the products ("Products") ordered on our website www.oldrids.co.uk ("our site") to you. Please read this page carefully before ordering any Products from our site.
The available delivery options and cost will be presented to you at checkout.
Please note that we currently offer delivery to mainland UK only and do not deliver on Public Holidays.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please select this option at checkout. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address where applicable.
No-one At Home
If you or the intended recipient are not available, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.
In most cases, furniture and electrical deliveries will be made by our partner (Domestic Distribution). Domestic Distribution will call you at least 48 hours prior to delivery. You will then be given an am/pm window, and then as guidance only a 2-3 hour time slot. All deliveries will be carried out by a 2 man team, and where possible they will do their utmost to put the items in the room of your choice. All room of choice deliveries will be subject to a site survey by the delivery team who will assess whether it is possible to place the item in your chosen room.
