Please note that we currently offer delivery to mainland UK only and do not deliver on Public Holidays.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please select this option at checkout. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address where applicable.

No-one At Home

If you or the intended recipient are not available, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery
may be arranged.

Order before 11am for Next Day delivery between 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Orders placed on Thursday after 11am will arrive on the following Monday.
The first available delivery for Next Day orders placed after 11am on Friday, any time on Saturday & Sunday is Tuesday.

Furniture deliveries will be made by our partner (Network 4). Network 4 will call you at least 48 hours prior to delivery. You will then be given an am/pm window, and then as guidance only a 2-3 hour time slot.All deliveries will be carried out by a 2 man team, and where possible they will do their utmost to put the items in the room of your choice.All room of choice deliveries will be subject to a site survey by the delivery team who will assess whether it is possible to place the item in your chosen room.PLEASE NOTE: That we offer FREE Delivery via our own delivery teams within a 40 mile radius of our stores on all orders over £250, made in store. This does not apply to online purchases, and is only valid on purchases from Oldrids & Downtown Boston, Downtown Superstore & Garden Centre Grantham.
