Autumn Winter 2011 sees Viyella acknowledge its history with a major infusion of sophistication. For her third season, the face of Viyella, India Hicks sets the brand apart as a model of timeless style and heritage.

Inspiration is drawn from the Hamptons, Rive Gauche and Manhattan to resonate through the range creating a rich collection, inspired by classic design.

The season opens with preppy classics, including embroidered Viyella crested pockets on Blazers.

The pace then moves across the channel into Autumn with a hint of French coquette; classic spots in beautifully styled dresses and jackets put elegance and femininity at the fashion focus.

Camel paired with grey gives a soft, warmer palette to winter styling. From the extravagant colour palettes of summer, winter sees rich colour blocking across the knitwear range.
Coloured twin sets are back in a plush palette of opulent colour. Knitted coatigans in multi colours add warmth to the style soul as well as keeping out the cold chill.

The Viyella AW11 collection consists of decadent purples, raspberry, mocha, and burnt orange, ebony and teal.

Key pieces this season include the Astral print cowl neck dress and
blouse, an elegant firework print shirt dress and long winter warm
merino colour blocked cardigans.

Heritage features resonate through the collection in the navy and gold tweed jacket with fluted skirt, soft camel cashmere twin sets and 50’s inspired jackets and dresses.
