Autumn Winter 2011

In her 8th season as the Face of CC, Jane Seymour model’s a heady mix of colour, trends and pattern for a beautiful, eclectic and rich wardrobe for Autumn Winter 2011.

Jane shows how to look fabulous, turning up the glamour in a stunning studio shoot. Modelling her favourite pieces from the new seasonal collection, makes it hard to believe she has turned 60 this year.

Daywear sees luxury yarns in soft feminine, tailored and woven pieces. Cashmere and angora blends featuring colour blocking are key to the collection. Stripes in navy and camel, lend themselves perfectly to autumn; ideal for layering on colder days.

CC gets on her high horse with equestrian for autumn/winter. Quilted gilets and parkas create a quintessential British style that works both in the countryside and on the high street. Heritage themes resonate with elbow patches, cord and basket weave knit textures.

CC brings out the animal with statement animal print knit dress and the fake fur, three quarter length coat.

Purple is the colour to watch. From the striking berry toned, bobbled jacquard cardigan to rich tweed, flecked 40’s style skirts and boiled wool maxi dresses; purple features in a range of shades from magenta to blueberry, establishing a design statement to winter dressing.

Red, Jane Seymour’s favourite colour when she is feeling a bit flat, is asserting its iconic status this season. The pillar box red suit in double face crepe wool fabric is structured and tailored with jacket and pencil skirt providing a striking silhouette. This suit works from the office, to evening, to a wedding.

Patterns are destined to brighten winter with a range of opulent prints including Paisley and Aztec in rich browns and mustards, lending a 70’s feel to this stylish look. Winter florals embellish dresses for fun, striking winter fashion.

Finally, draping and embellishment in shoulder and hip details provide a breathtaking shape for Christmas with beautiful occasionwear. Sable, gold and French rose palettes dominate the petite collection which features ballet inspired full skirts and cover ups. The silk, velvet devoré burnout dress and silk red dress in the mainline collection are ideal for Christmas parties.
