Our Returns Policy
Although we hope that you are delighted with every purchase from us we do understand that sometimes
things need to be returned.
So long as there is a genuine reason for returning goods, they are returned within 28 days of the purchase date in their original unused or unworn condition, with a receipt and they are a current stock line, unless a replacement is preferred we will offer a full refund.
If the goods are returned between 28 days and 12 months of the original purchase date, with the receipt or proof of purchase, we will refund the current marked price.
As a general rule, we will refund goods by the same method that they were paid for i.e. Cash Refund, if they were paid for by cash, gift voucher or cheque (if over 10 days, otherwise if less, we will credit the amount when cleared). Credit Refunds, if they were paid for by credit card or company charge card.

We do not as a matter of policy offer Gift Vouchers in exchange, unless they are specifically asked for.
Faulty goods will be refunded, repaired or replaced (in line with the manufacturers warranty) as required, regardless of being a current stock line or not.
Refunds on 'Special Order' items, which are not carried as normal stock lines, are at our discretion.
Exceptions - We do not Refund or Exchange on:
Eveningwear • Jewellery • Hats
Goods which are batch produced to a dye-lot (e.g. Knitting Wools, Wallpaper) will only be exchanged or credited to the terms applicable to the individual department.
