Customer Parking There are several car parks close by to the store. The nearest and most convenient being the Meteor Multi Storey Carpark which is part of the new Pescod Square Shopping Centre, which features a covered walkway from the top level to our second floor.
When using the Meteor car park, if you make a purchase of £5 or more and present your parking voucher in store we will refund £1 of your parking charge on the day.
Baby Changing Baby changing facilities are situated in our disabled toilets, near our Menswear department on the second floor.
Refreshments To make your shopping experience more pleasurable, take a break in our Restaurant or Smoothy Bar. Where you will find a wonderful range of hot and cold food and drink.
Customer Wheelchairs A limited number of FREE wheelchairs are available for customers who require them. Please ask staff in store if you require this facility.
Customer Toilets Situated on the second floor near to our Menswear department. We have facilities for women, men and disables customers.
Customer Lifts & Escalators If you have a pram, pushchair, wheelchair or just prefer not to use the staircases or escalators, we have customer lifts to all floors.
