Job Title: Full-Time Administration Apprentice Oldrids Boston

If you are looking for a great opportunity to gain vital experience in a professional organisation and develop your skills further, then we may be able to offer just what you are looking for. We are recruiting an Administration Apprentice who will learn how to provide a range of administrative duties to support the Buying team. There will be a high degree of data entry requiring strong IT and Excel skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.

A methodical and organised approach to work is essential, as is accuracy and numerical aptitude. You will be able to work on your own initiative, follow instruction and work effectively as part of a team.

The contract will be for a fixed term of up to one year during which you will be required to complete a Business and Administration Apprenticeship. Extension of the employment contract and further study support may be considered dependent on performance and the business requirement at the time.

You will be working 35 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday including course time. You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working times and days.

Apprentice rates of pay (currently £2.73 / hour) apply.

Job Title: Full-Time Distribution Assistant Manager Downtown Boston

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager within the Distribution operation at Downtown Boston.

Providing day-to-day support to the Distribution Manager, you should be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach and excellent customer service and administration skills along with the ability to offer support and coaching to a large team. Duties will include pricing stock, distributing priced stock to departments and unloading and accepting deliveries in line with Company procedures. Job Title: Full-Time Soft Furnishing Workroom Measurer/ Fitter

We are looking to recruit a fully experienced estimator to join the Soft Furnishings Sales & Service teams at our Downtown Boston store.

You will visit customers’ homes / premises to measure for curtains, blinds and any other soft furnishing products as required. A high degree of accuracy is essential.

A major part of the role will be the fitting of curtains and blinds. This will require you to demonstrate practical hands-on skills (including the use of manual and electrical tools) and a keen eye for detail. A full driving licence is essential.
