Job Title: Full-Time Purchase Administrator Head Office, Boston

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Administrator to join our Purchase Administration team based at Head Office. Reporting to the Purchase Administration Supervisor, you will support the Buying and Merchandising teams by ensuring invoices are matched accurately and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Matching invoices to delivery notes and passing them for payment.
• Liaising with store teams to chase delivery notes.
• Identifying and investigating discrepancies.
• Liaising with the Buying and Merchandising teams to resolve discrepancies.
• General administration to support the Buying and Merchandising teams, including raising orders when needed.

This role requires a strong focus on administration, including the ability to produce reports and presentations. You should have a thorough knowledge of MS Excel and Word, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time vacancy of 38.75 hours per week over 5 days (normally Monday to Friday). You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working days, as you may occasionally be required to work on a Saturday or Sunday.

Job Title: Full-Time Merchandise Planners Head Office, Boston

We have an exciting opportunity for three experienced Merchandise Planners to join our Buying and Merchandising team. Based in Boston and working in either the Fashion or Homewear and Gift department, you will deliver planned sales and profitability by managing and optimising the brands through effective planning and in-season trading.

Key responsibilities of the roles include:
• Creating WSSI plans and forecasts for sales, stock and intake.
• Managing the intake and OTB to deliver the stock requirements of the business.
• Planning department space and controlling options – ranged and bought.
• Supporting range planning, working alongside the Buyer to agree line ROS and volumes are within OTB limits.
• Producing range analyses and comparisons to LY and plan.
• Managing markdowns and promotions, and owning and controlling the net achieve margin, producing net margin analyses.
• Analysing weekly sales and stocks along with ROS data, to manage the replenishment of core and continuity lines and bestsellers.
• Driving the SPF and PPF performance of departments by analysing space and proposing actions.
• Helping to manage and develop the Buying and Merchandising Assistant.

You should be literate and numerate with the ability to analyse data, possess strong administrative skills, be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. Good IT skills and proficiency in the use of MS Excel and Word are a must, as is a full driving licence, as multi-site travel is a requirement of the role. The successful candidate will be an experienced buyer, ideally of fashion, and preferably with experience of
and / or a passion for one or more of the aforementioned product categories.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Delivering the planned sales and profitability of the departments by managing and optimising the brands through effective sourcing, selection and negotiation of prices.
• Driving and managing the departmental product, attribute and brand mix to ensure commercially-balanced range is delivered.
• Providing strategies for suppliers / brands within departments for the approval of the Divisional Buying and Merchandising Manager.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the desired products and supporting terms, and setting retail prices in line with Company policy.
• Analysing department product trends and feeding these into buying plans within agreed timelines.

Job Title: Part-Time HR Officer Head Office, Boston

We are currently seeking a high-calibre and experienced HR Officer to join our friendly HR and Payroll team and support our HR Manager in the provision of a top-quality, commercially-focused HR service to line managers and employees across our multi-million-pound retail business.

Based at our Head Office in Boston, with occasional travel to our five other sites across Lincolnshire, this is a truly generalist role with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have previous experience in a similar role (although not necessarily within retail), a keen eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the telephone, and excellent IT skills (including MS Word and Excel).

You must also have the confidence and enough knowledge of employment law to be able to handle routine HR enquiries from line managers.

This is a part-time role, with the flexibility to negotiate your own hours of work, however you would need to be able to commit to 24 hours per week as a minimum.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified (or working towards it) and willing and able to work additional hours as and when required. Although not essential, previous line management and / or payroll experience would be advantageous.

Job Title: Full-Time IT Support Assistant Downtown Grantham
Closing Date: Wednesday 4th February 2015

Reporting to the Head of IT/Projects, you will assist with the installation, programming and maintenance of all IT-related equipment, including hardware, software, networks and peripherals. You will also provide support via the IT Helpdesk, requiring you to evaluate situations quickly and effectively.

It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of: -

- Applications Support - MS Exchange 2010
- MS Office (All Versions) - Active Directory
- Systems Support - Networks LAN/WAN
- Server 2003/2008/2012 - Windows XP, 7 & 8

A good working knowledge or experience in MacAfee EPO, VMWare, Cisco and SQL, as well as a full driving licence, would be beneficial, but not essential.

The role will entail first-line support providing evaluation and solutions to issues that arise on a daily basis. Duties will be varied and may include working ‘hands-on’ setting up PC’s for new users, addressing software issues across multiple platforms, or supporting implementing new software systems.

You should be capable of working on your own initiative as well as being an integral part of the IT team. You should also be able to handle pressurised situations calmly and confidently, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Customer service is key, requiring you to communicate effectively at all levels.

Normally based in Grantham, you will be working five days out of seven between Sunday and Saturday, including occasional evenings and weekends on rota.

• Collating product details and descriptions for the website.
• Proposing replenishment requirements for the approval of the Merchandise Planner.

You should be literate, numerate, highly organised, and able to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. A thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

for a part-time Coffee Shop Supervisor.

You should have basic cooking skills and previous experience of working in a similar Coffee Shop / Restaurant environment, as well as excellent customer service, communication and administration skills.
