Job Title: Full-Time Replenishment Team Leader Downtown Grantham

We have a rare opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Replenishment team based at our Downtown Grantham store.
You will lead the team and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department. This will include ensuring all stock is accepted according to Company procedures before being unpacked, priced and distributed promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include supervising and developing the team, liaising with Sales Managers to ensure efficient stock replenishment processes are in place and being responsible for implementing those processes.
You should possess excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and schedule staffing levels. You should be well presented, PC literate, numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
Hours are 36.25 per week worked on varying shifts over 5 days out of 7 between Sunday and Saturday, including occasional evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working days and times.
