The complete filtration system for clear and healthy ponds, combining a Bioforce and Aquaforce system.

Combining the convenience of the Bioforce Revolution pressurised filter with a powerful and efficient Aquaforce solids handling pump, the Hozelock Cyprio Bioforce Revolution Filter Kit is ideal for filtration, waterfalls or watercourses. Also including UVC capability to provide a complete filtration system, backed by the Hozelock Cyprio Clearwater Gurantee.

Bioforce Revolution Filter Kit 9000 for ponds up to 18000 litres (without fish), contains Bioforce Revolution 9000 and Aquaforce 6000

The Bioforce Revolution unit can be hidden at the side of a pond or buried in the ground up to the level of hose inlets. The Aquaforce filter pump draws in dirty water from the pond and pumps it up to the Bioforce filter. In the Bioforce Revolution filter, foam removes particles, Kaldnes biological filtration purifies the water and the UVC eliminates green water. The clear and healthy water leaves the pressurised Bioforce filter and can be pumped up to a higher exit point to create relaxing waterfalls.

Returns

We do hope that you will be pleased with your new purchase. However, if you change your mind when you receive the goods and wish to return them, we would be happy to take them back within 28 days of you receiving the goods, as long as goods are in a fully saleable condition, with all packaging.

We appreciate that you may want to check the items to ensure that they meet your full approval. In doing so however, we would like to point out that you have a 'duty of care' to look after the items. Please take care not to damage the goods (or packaging where it forms part of the goods), whilst you inspect them.

Please note that goods are returned at your expense. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for service as proof of postage cannot be taken as proof of receipt. For all items we can organise for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return.

Collection charges by us will vary according to the product, but the charges are as follows :-

  • Non-furniture product : the actual collection charge, or £10, whichever is higher
  • Furniture products : the actual collection charge, or £50, whichever is higher. 

Please rest assured that for all items you receive that are faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return. 

Please also be aware that we cannot offer refunds on perishable goods; pierced jewellery; duvets; pillows; mattresses; underwear; swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

If you decide to cancel an online Made to Order or Special order product, then it is highly unlikely that we can sell it to another customer at the full selling price. We therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value.  

Please note that if a product should fail to fit into the property, then we will charge £50 or the actual delivery cost of this failed delivery.

Items which are made to order will also be non returnable unless faulty or not as described. Your legal rights are not affected.
