Are you proud of what you’ve accomplished in your garden or outside space during 2020 & 2021?

Have you grown something amazing, built the perfect arbour, created a sumptuous lawn or a snug sunspot packed with beautifully planted pots?

Did Downtown Garden Centre help – with the seeds, a fantastic new lawnmower, some luxury garden furniture or smart looking gravel or slate for walkways?

You took a photograph...right?

In Spring 2022 we’ll be launching the Downtown Spring Magazine in conjunction with Lincolnshire Life Magazine and we’re looking for a wonderful front cover shot.

You must have photographed the results of all your hard work in 2020 & 2021 – that moment when you captured the perfect spring bulb in bloom, or your new greenhouse packed with healthy tomatoes and peppers – all we ask is that the shot involves a product you’ve bought from Downtown…..the plug plants, the topiary created by your new hedge clippers, the greenhouse, the lawn lush due to regular feeding…..even the compost!

Please send the image digitally – we’ll need a file size of at least 3mb/300dpi (select ‘send actual size’) and tell us a little about the shot….be proud!

The winning image will feature on the Downtown Spring Magazine front cover and in publicity material in store and online. You’ll also receive a £100 Downtown Gift Card and there are runners-up prizes of £50 Gift Vouchers too! So, you can buy even more seeds for 2022!

Competition closes on Friday 25th February 2022, winners will be notified during the following week and the front cover shot will feature in the April edition of the Downtown Spring Magazine, in Lincolnshire Life Magazine and throughout the Downtown stores and in publicity
