How many Rewards points do I have?
To find out how many points you have on your Downtown Rewards card, please call us on 03452 505502 or send an email to customeraccountenquiries@downtownstores.co.uk with your Downtown Rewards account number.
About our Rewards Scheme
Please note that our highly popular Rewards scheme is currently not available online.
If you already have a rewards card, and have shopped online with us, then you can have your points retrospectively added. Simply send us your order number in question and any extra details, plus your rewards card number to online@downtownstores.co.uk.
How it works in-store
- For every pound you spend, you will earn one reward point to spend on your next purchase, one rewards point is equal to 1p.
- You can sign up at any of our till points in store, and will immediately receive your card to use.
- You can also take application forms away with you for your friends and family.
- Don’t forget to sign up to our weekly emails, as part of that form, and then you will be the first to hear about invitations to special events and exclusive offers. (Your details will never be passed to external parties.)
- Now, if you have taken an application form away with you, you can enter these details in the form below and register your card.
