Upon production of a valid R.A.F, Army, Navy, Armed Forces Dependent's Rewards for Forces, Defence Discount Services Card you can receive up to 10% off* on selected departments, at all Downtown Stores - including online.

If you wish to use your military discount for an online purchase, please place your order at full price and send through a copy / photo of your ID card to online@downtownstores.co.uk along with your order details and we will process the appropriate discount as a refund. Please note that we may require further information to confirm eligibility.
