For automatic irrigation on balcony and terraceThe GARDENA Water Control Flex allows you to irrigate your plants on the balcony or terrace flexibly and automatically, even when you are not at home. You connect the Water Control directly to the water tap and attach a garden hose to the water outlet. With the help of the innovative, external control dial and the press button you can set the start, length and interval of the irrigation via the easy-to-read LCD screen.

The weather-resistant and battery-operated control unit is even detachable. Since potted plants in particular have a limited soil volume due to their planters, they need short irrigation cycles. That's why the Water Control Flex is ideal in combination with the GARDENA Micro-Drip System for efficient drip irrigation. With the Water Now function you can draw water from the tap quickly and easily without having to remove the control unit. The Safe Water Stop Technology ensures that the next scheduled irrigation is not started when battery power is low. 

This function protects you from uncontrolled water leakage. The battery level can be read on the LCD screen at any time. If you want to save water in the long term, you can connect the separately available GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor directly to the garden irrigation system. The sensor detects whether the soil is still moist enough, so that a planned watering is not started, if it not necessary. Water Control Flex is a quality product made in Germany. • Easy operation- The settings on the Water Control are easy to operate using an innovative external rotary element for selection of the data and a confirmation button, which simply operate through pressing and turning. An easily-legible LC display shows all settings at a glance. The weatherproof operating unit can be removed to carry out the settings. Thanks to an optional key lock, inadvertent adjustment of the settings can be prevented.
• Water Now function- If the irrigation has to be started immediately, this can be manually activated without removing the unit from the tap or changing the settings. 
• Water-saving operation- On connection of the GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor, the automatic irrigation is not activated if the soil moisture is sufficient. This permits an improved water supply for plants as well as water-saving irrigation.
• Automatic and time-saving irrigation- Using a GARDENA Water Control, your garden can be reliably and conveniently watered even if you are not at home. You obtain more leisure time, have a lush green lawn and also beautiful, healthy plants. If the automatic irrigation system is started in the early morning hours or the evenings, less water evaporates. This saves money and ensures targeted, optimised irrigation.
• Automatic irrigation for your balcony and patio- Due to the extra-short watering duration in seconds, and the possibility of activation up to 6 times per day, the Water Control is ideal for use with a drip irrigation system, for plants in pots and troughs on the balcony and patio. Due to their limited soil volume, plant containers can only buffer a limited amount of water, and therefore require frequent, small amounts.
• Safe Stop technology- The Water Control always works reliably due to the Safe Stop technology. If the energy levels of the battery are too low to completely control an irrigation process, then this process is not commenced. The battery level indication in the display also tells you when the battery has to be replaced.

The delivery cost of your order depends on the size of the item you are ordering. 

A product that can be delivered by one person, is standard delivery and costs £5.95. This is is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3  working days for in-stock items. 

A two person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £25, or is free if you spend £2999 or more. Delivery will take between 5 - 10  working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Click and Collect is available on in-stock items from our Grantham site; NG32 2AB. This will be offered in the checkout for small items, but please contact us if you require click and collect on Furniture. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.
