Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. We have also extended our policy for Christmas, and you can return any gift you buy from the 1st November up until 6 January if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on perishable goods, pierced jewellery, duvets, pillows, mattresses, underwear or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. Items which are made to order will also be non returnable unless faulty or not as described. Your legal rights are not affected.
Goods can be returned to your nearest Oldrids & Downtown store, or alternatively, tell us about the product you want to return by emailing us at despatchonline@oldrids.co.uk or phoning us on 03452 505502, remembering to include your order number, 10 digit item code and the reason for return and whether you would like a full refund or a replacement.
We recommend that a verifiable method of return delivery is used, as proof of posting cannot be taken as proof of receipt.
For larger items we can organise for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return and will discuss collection charges with you at the time.
