Sleepeezee Ashford Sprung Edge Divan Base

All Sleepeezee beds are designed and manufactured in the UK to ensure the highest attention to detail and quality. The Sleepeezee Ashford Divan Bed Base is available in a wide range of beautifully coloured fabrics and finished with chrome casters.

Divan Base Options:

• Platform Top - The base features a solid wooden top which is upholstered in fabric. This type of base will provide a supportive feel to the mattress.
• Sprung Edge Divan Base - This type of base contains springs in the top to help create a supportive feel that works in conjunction with the mattress. A sprung base can actually increase the life span of your mattress.
• Platform Top Ottoman Base - An ingenious mechanism, using gas rams, assists with opening the ottoman when accessing your stored items. As a rule of thumb, a king size ottoman divan base has 6 times more space than a 2 drawer divan!

The delivery cost of your order depends on the size of the item you are ordering. 

A product that can be delivered by one person, is standard delivery and costs £5.95. This is is free if you spend £60 or more. Delivery will take between 2 - 3  working days for in-stock items. 

A two person delivery is required for furniture, appliances and items over 30kgs. This costs £25, or is free if you spend £2999 or more. Delivery will take between 5 - 10  working days for in-stock items.  For items that are available to order, the delivery timescales will be confirmed in the checkout. 

Deliveries to some remote postcodes are possible, and carry an additional premium delivery charge. This will be charged in checkout, but please contact us if you have any questions. 

Click and Collect is available on in-stock items from our Grantham site; NG32 2AB. This will be offered in the checkout for small items, but please contact us if you require click and collect on Furniture. 

Please be aware that we do not offer free returns, so unless there is a fault with your item, then you will be required to cover the cost of returning it to us, or for us to collect the item.

Please be aware of the order cancellation policy attached to furniture products, and in particular, items that are configured to your choice. 

One of the most appealing parts of divan bases is the extra storage they offer. Not only do you get a comfortable, solidly-built bed, but you get one, two or even four drawers in which you can store spare blankets, pillows or anything else you may like to tuck away.

We offer a range of different storage options; from 2 to 4 drawers, smaller continental sized drawers and even full or half ottomans, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Ottoman base: Usually a full or half ottoman, ottoman bed bases lift to allow full use of the internal space of the bed. Half-ottoman bases can sometimes be combined with drawers depending on the supplier.

Full drawers: Fill the bedframe with up to 4 full sized drawers for a divided storage option with easy to access storage of small to medium sized items. 

Half/Conti drawers: Half drawers are usually used in a continental arrangement, which is 2 full drawers with 2 half drawers, to give maximum storage space while still allowing room for a bedside table.
